Uses and features

IS series vibrating screens use the international advanced designing experience for reference, and are developed into a kind of Ripl - Flo inclined vibrating screens adapted to the classification of middle and small size materials. They use high - strength whole welding machine body. There are features of light weight, simple construction, easy maintenance, convenient movement.          

Notice to selection

1.Max. feeding size is less than 200 mm.

2.Size of vibrating screens deck can be increased or reduced in demands.

3.Screen deck includes of single, double and triple deck.

4.Standard slope of screen is 20 0 elevant to horizontal section, also be adjusted between 15 0 - 25 0 .

5.Select international standard bearings.

6.The driving motor can be mounted either on the left or right.

7.Mark 2 and 3 in front of type for double and triple deck screen, and no marks for single deck.

8.Screen clothes can be selected from steel wire woven cloth or polyurethane cloth.
