Double Toothed Roller Crusher

The two types of the machines (2PGC 450〜500,WPGC 600〜750) are designed to be used for the coarse and medium reduction of various kinds of coal and coke as well as other brittle materials of low hardness.

Each type of the machine is mainly composed of a housing, toothed roll, long-tooth gears and safety spring. The two toothed rolls are driven by a motor via v-belts and rotate in opposite direction for crushing material. The discharge size can be altered by means of changing the toothed plates on the gear housing.

The machine (2PGC 1200〜1500) is designed to be used for crushing various hardness of iron-ore burning blocks and leadzinc burning blocks in smelter factories and iron works.

This machine is mainly composed of housing, rolls, connecting-plate gearbox and safety interlocking device. The two rolls are driven by a motor via reducing gear and connection-plate gearbox and rotate in opposite direction. The clearance between the rolls can be adjusted for controlling the discharge size.

This machine is designed to be used in the industrial branches of ore dressing, chemical engineering cement, building material and so on for medium and fine reduction of various ores and rocks with the hardness below medium level.
This machine is mainly composed of housing, rolls, long-tooth gear and safety springs. Motor drives the two rolls via V-belts and gears and rotate in opposite direction for crushing material. The clearance between two rolls is adjustable at a given range for proper control of discharging grain size.
