Drying Hammer Crusher
PCGR Series Drying Hammer Crusher is a new crusher combining drying and
crushing technology, it is developed and designed by Chendu Building Material
Industrial Design & Research Institute of National Building Material Industrial
Bureau, based on absorption and assimilation of abroad advanced technology. It
is suitable for processing non-abrasion soft material with higher moisture
content, and is suitable for "Change wet to dry" of wet-method cement plant and
"Wet grounding and burning dry "of expanded cement production line to dry and
crush the filtered cake.
Crude material slurry pass through the vacuum filtration to become wet material
with 20% water, then been fed into the drying crusher, in the feeding box, the
filtered cake contact with introduced hot air, carry out strong heat exchange,
then through the distributor. The wet material along with rotor axle of crusher
dispersing initially, most moisture on the cake surface is evaporated, the
pre-drying material along with hot air enter into the crushing chamber, and is
crushing between arc plate and rotor rotating with linear speed of 30~ 40 m/s,
and carry out heat exchange with hot air fully, the fines below 1mm is
suspending in the air , along with hot air enter into rising pipeline, the
coarse fines is crushing repeatedly until it is drawn off by hot air , the full
even crude material is sending into the cyclone decomposing furnace , finally
enter into the kiln to calcine .
The first PCGR Drying Hammer Crusher, which is produced by cooperated work of
Shanghai Jianshe Luqiao Machinery Co., and Chendu Building Material Industrial
Design & Research Institute , have been put into running in Guiyang cement
plant. This series product have following major features:
1. Main shaft drive adopt reducer connection with higher driving efficiency.
2. Main shaft cooling adopt thermal insulation in chamber and air cooling out
chamber to ensure normal use of bearing.
3. Crushing chamber is lined with thermal insulation material to ensure full
heat exchanging .

4. Main shaft drive adopt pulley drive with power storing function, energy
saving , lower power consumption and with tramp iron protection function.
5. Main shaft cooling etc adopts water-circulation cooling , cooling the rotor
shaft fully to ensure long term normal use of bearing.
6. Crushing chamber is lined with plates of heat resisting and wear resisting
material to ensure normal service life.
