THR04 Alternative Replace to R502

1.Environmental Characters

From the charts, the ODP of it is nearly zero, very low GWP, can be used in China and developing countries until 2040.

2.Safe Characters of
it is nontoxicity owing to a physical mixture of three non toxicity matte, it is nonflammabe after test and calculation.

3.Thermal Performance
The following charts show the thermal performance of it replace to R502 under low temperature refrigeration.

From the charts, the COP and capacity of THR04 are higher than R502 and it can save much energy, can use the compressor of former system.

THR04 has been used in many retail food refrigeration / refrigeration cabinet in Beijing and got very good results.

4.Drop-in Effect of THR04

Research Institute of China Precessing tested the miscibility of THR04 and different kinds of oil, proved that THR04 is misicible with mineral oil of R502 system, THR04 is compatible with material of R502 system too after the examination of material compatibility according to international standard.
The THR04 replace to R502 no need to change the major parts and the former production line and can be drop-in.
