From the charts, the ODP of THR03 is zero, GWP is much lower than that of HCFC-22 and R502
with better environmental characters. So it is a long term alternative replace to HCFC-22
and R502.
2. Safe Characters of THR03
THR03 is non toxicity owing to a physical mixture of three non toxicity matter. It is
nonflammable after test and calculation.
3.Thermal Performance of THR03
The following charts show the thermal performance of THR03 replace to HCFC-22 under
air-condition conditioning and THR03 replace to R502 under low temperature refrigerations.

From the charts, the COP of THR03 is smaller than HCFC-22 under air-conditon terms,
capacity refrigeration and can use the compressor of former system.
The Thermodynamies lab of Tsinghua University and Chunlan Co, tested the thermal
performance of air-conditioning used THR03, proved that the thermal performance of THR03
and HCFC-22 is similar.
4.Drop-in Effect of THR03
Research Institute of China Petroleum Processing tested the miscibility of THR03 and ester
oil, proved that they are miscible. THR03 is compatible with material of HCFC-22 and R502
system too after the examination of material compatibility according to international
standard.
The THR03 replace to HCFC-22 and R502 no need to change the major parts and the former
production line, only change the oil as ester oil to drop-in.
