Type B112,DGB,B113,LB302Q,DGB-1 AND B121.DGB is a kind of catalyst with low temp., low chromium, high efficiency, high energy and medium temp. shift catalyst DGB was prised ¡°National Emphasized New Product¡± in 1992. B113 applies to large, medium and small synthetic ammonia composing conditions. It¡¯s the only catalyst available in 300,000T fertilizer production. LB302Q has such advantages as low temp., high activity, hard vulcanization, crush resistance and small prevent. It¡¯s ideal and new for medium-low shift, medium-low-low shift or low shift. B121 is a kind of non-chromium catalyst. Without chromium, heavy metal and radioactive element, it absolutely solved the problem of chromium pollution and protect people.
This product has such advantages as sulphur resistance, wide temp. range, high activity, good mechanical intensity, long usage life and so on. Energy saving and low proportion of gas and steam is its special feature, It¡¯s really a new kind of environmental protection catalyst, especially suitable for fertilizer industrial middle and low shift process. 1. Usages: This Kind of catalyst can be used widely in the Unit of synthetic ammonia under normal or higher pressure or unit of H2 making to promote CO and steam into H2 and CO2 .
